At 25, Arielle became the youngest producer on Broadway and has since spent over two decades producing some of the most iconic shows on and off Broadway, receiving numerous Tony® and Olivier Awards. She has served on The Broadway League's board of governors and The Dalton School board of trustees, is a lifetime board member of Syracuse University board of trustees, and is a new board member of The American Associates of The National Theatre in London.

She founded The Tepper Center for Careers in Theatre at Syracuse University and initiated a theater program for young students at The Dalton School. She also established The Living Room for Artists to support the Summer Play Festival, fostering emerging playwrights.

Arielle is proud to continue influencing and inspiring the theater community for many years to come.
